Overnight Oats

Overnights Oats
½ cup Oats
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Almond Meal
Frozen Berries

In a bowl mix the oats, chia and almond meal and mix together. Pour in a mason jar, or any glass and cover with water or milk. The oats will absorb the water, so check after a few minutes and add more until the oats are covered again. Add berries on top. Put lid on and place in the fridge overnight.
