We offer you a chance to reconnect with nature and help you focus on becoming the best you can be. Our unique and flexible weekend means that we can cater to most needs, with varying levels of fitness, activities and intensity you get to choose what you need. Come join our qualified yoga teacher, our nutritionists and health coach and our bushwalking guides to make this the perfect weekend away. Three yoga sessions, 1 longer bush walk and 2 shorter walks and some health and fitness coaching to boost your sense of who you are. So if you are looking to get away on your own or bring a friend/partner along too and give yourself that extra spark for truly amazing results then this is the perfect program for you.

Evening - Arrive at our accommodation from 6pm, find your room and join us for dinner followed by the first of our get to know you workshops and a yoga and meditation session to help you sleep
Day 2 -Up early for a good morning yoga wake up session. Before a hearty breakfast and our bushwalk that will aim to burn so calories and make you feel energised. Then time for R&R , massage or both. Then time for our life and health session, looking into good eating habits and positive reinforcement. Evening of board games and socialising.
Day 3 - An early morning walk, to get the blood moving before we head back for our healthy lifestyle workshop finishing with our 90 min yoga.

Grading - beginner
This is a health and fitness weekend , the idea is to get you out be active, live healthy and learn ways to help reset your health and fitness goals, therefore the walks are about enjoyment, fresh air and company, the yoga is tailored for every level.
Provided we are advised in advance of your departure we are able to cater for vegetarian diets and can assist with medically recommended diets (allergies and intolerances). Please ensure you discuss your requirements with us well in advance.
