Whether you are a couple or a single person with or without a friend, these weekends are for you! Hike, relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy your time because we have taken care of everything! So all you have to do is turn off and relax, get back to your inner self where ease, grace and happiness reside. Beginners friendly, we want to inspire and motivate you to take time so you can re energise and feel amazing, make yourself proud. Authentic self care, adventure and travel. You know it is what you need. It is time to break out of the mundane and feel fully alive.
Packless hiking is your opportunity to enjoy multiple days on the trail without having to carry a big rucksack or sleep in a tent. You head out in the morning with a small day bag, some water and maybe a jacket and our guides carry your lunch and anything else you may require for the day. Enjoy a lovely lunch with salads, cheese, crackers, fresh fruit and a range of other produce all suited to your dietary requirements. You can then enjoy the rest of your walk and focus on the scenery and the enjoyment of being out on the trail. Tired at the end? Well now you get to stay in bed for the night! This is the wonderful aspect of packless weekends. Enjoy a dinner prepared by our multi-talented crew and then rest well and be ready for the next day on the trail. Could exploring be any better than this?
You can arrive anytime from 6pm onwards and we’ll be there to greet you. Enjoy a 2 course dinner and a relaxing drink. Settle in for the evening and get to know your fellow hikers, relax and unwind.
Jump out of bed nice and early for a delicious healthy cooked breakfast. Grab your daypack and off we go. You’ll be out on the trail all day and our guides will be there to support, encourage, guide and feed you all day. Today we’ll head from Halls Gap up past some classic Grampians locations such as Splitters Falls, Silent Street and up to the Pinnacles for a snack at the awesome lookout. Enjoy a lovely lunch out on the trail. An exciting descent will have you back at Halls Gap for a coffee or ice-cream!
A short trip will see you back at the accommodation usually by late afternoon so you can spend a little while relaxing with a cuppa and putting your feet up. This is important as you’ll have another day on the trail tomorrow! Enjoy another delicious home cooked dinner and dessert. Find somewhere to watch the sunset and then snuggle down into your bed for a great night's sleep.
A yummy breakfast Pack up and head to the trail for another day of exploring. Depending on the weather and the group, we will head up Boronia Peak, explore MacKenzies Falls or take you an alternative walk.
You’ll enjoy yet another beautiful location for lunch as you make your way around the famous Grampians National Park and get back to your start location early in the afternoon. We’ll wrap up around 3-4 pm leaving you plenty of time to make the drive to where-ever you need to go, and maintain that relaxed feeling.
