Our 3 hour hikes are perfect for the busy person who wants to enjoy a morning walk with friends, improve their fitness, or to just come along and try some morning hiking. You’ll feel invigorated, motivated and more connected with a community of people just like you who want to do more for themselves. Our personal trainers are on hand to offer advice and support to help you reach your goals!
These hikes work with your current fitness level, no matter where you are. We’ll also help out with specific hike fitness, injury prevention, and most importantly building friendships and having fun.
Choose to come once or twice, or attend regularly as part of your connection to the outdoors and other like minded people. These walks are wider gravel or dirt trails so you can chat and breathe at the same time.
The Granite Hills of the You Yangs is a wonderful place to get a solid short walk plus enjoy picturesque views of the western parts of Melbourne. Distant views of both the city and the bay take your mind off the walk and the last up and back down section of steps allows you to push your cardio or just take it a few steps at a time.

One of the most common questions we get asked is “ Can I come on the trip by myself?”
Most of the people that come on our tours come by themselves. Our community is built on friendships that have been made on our trips, experiencing something life changing together, the shared memories and also goals to do more in the future!
We encourage people not to be anxious about coming on these trips by yourself as we promise you will leave with some like minded friends and be really glad you made the decision to get out of your comfort zone and join in.
Our community is our backbone. We have had so many people start with no hiking experience, basic fitness and not knowing anyone on our trips. These same people have gone on to do some incredible multi day hiking trips with us and their friends they have met in our community.
