Relax, re-energise and reconnect at our Mum’s Escape… A weekend where we do the cooking and cleaning, while you put your feet up, socialise with other mums, join in on health, wellness, lifestyle, creativity and cooking workshops. Take home tips on how to feed your family and make everyday more simple. Find tricks that will help you prioritise yourself in your busy family schedule. Breath in fresh air as you walk scenic and peaceful trails. Calm your mind and enhance your self awareness through meditation and yoga/stretch sessions. Laugh and let go of your stresses as you enjoy fun outdoor activities.
Re-define your purpose and leave inspired to live your best life.
Wake up with a cooked breakfast or cereal, plus fresh coffee or a selection of tea. Re-energise with yoga or get ready to hit the trail. Spend the day attending workshops, creativity sessions or have a massage. We will be doing short hikes both days, so you get to connect with nature and practice some mindfulness on the trail. We walk at a moderate pace and your guides will manage the group so no-one is ever left behind, stopping along
the way for short rests and to admire the view. All yummy snacks and lunches will be provided and carried by your guides. Later in the day take some time to unwind, play a game or activity or sit back and enjoy dinner and a glass of wine.

Continental House – Daylesford VIC.
A beautiful 1920’s Guesthouse with en-suite bedrooms, a sunny yoga room, cozy log fire and in-house hammam steam room.
Edski Lodge – Baw Baw VIC
With breathtaking views of Latrobe Valley, EdSki Lodge is nestled among the snow gums on the edge of the Mt Baw Baw Plateau. A two-story traditional timber lodge featuring a billiard table, table tennis table, books and games, and an open wood fire.
Carpooling available if required
All inclusive: The food will be provided by both accommodation chefs and our very own adventure chef to prepare and cook your delicious and nutritious dinner, lunches, all snacks and breakfast. We love our food so be prepared to have freshly ground coffee, yummy snacks and fresh fruit, beautiful vegetable based salads, wraps and cheeses. All this food is energy filled to sustain you on the track – oh! and lets not forget a sneaky desert or two and a glass of wine.

We can cater for a range of intolerances and dietary requirements. Contact us if you have any particular requests, however please note that due to the isolated nature of the trip and limitations with food transport on the trail, we will do our best to cater for you.
Nothing specific, just lots of active-wear, your pajamas, and ugg boots, as well as a pair of good walking shoes, a day bag. drink container or bladder to hold at least 3 liters of water.

Tracey, Adrian and Jess, guys thank you so much for a such a challenging and adventurous overnight hike last night. It was great to meet so many enthusiastic, positive and fun fellow hikers. My legs are feeling the 28k’s today and still a little jet-lagged but also feeling very accomplished. Thanks again and hope to join another adventure soon.

What an amazing awesome weekend at the Yoga and Hiking retreat. Spent time with friends and meet some new people. Learnt yoga and meditation, run a 7km run along the rail trail. Played some activities and completed a 9km bush walk. And the food was awesome. Highly recommend anyone to go and do.
