Take part in hands-on, practical workshops, where you will learn recipes that you can adapt to suit your family’s needs and budget. Learn how to use the food that’s in your cupboard to prepare healthy and nutritious meals, without having to go out and buy anything special. Not only will you learn cooking tips and tricks, you will also learn how to make the most out of meal times, with mindful eating, portion sizes, and more.

We will be staying at Adana, two hours from Melbourne, close to Lake Eildon the area boasts mountain views. Adana is a luxurious country retreat, with modern facilities and rustic charm. It’s beautiful big space, with great kitchen facilities and comfy rooms.
Rooms are twin share, so if you have a friend or partner who is interested bring them along! Alternatively, single beds can be provided in share rooms. There is plenty of space without feeling on top of each other. We can accommodate any dietary requirements, and show you how to easily do the same.
You will come home from this weekend with a head full of recipes, tips and tricks for feeding the whole family, and a range of food samples.
