Ever just wanted to run away to the mountains? It’s your time to let us look after you, on a weekend of walking, talking and feeling happy and content. We will cook for you, look after you and give you some much needed fresh air and some fun, somewhere you can relax and be taken care of. Put yourself first and escape for a weekend away! Two days of walking, motivating sessions, nutrition seminar and stretch, yoga/ pilates sessions. Come run away with us and give yourself some time for just you!

It is often March before we sit back and realise the first few months of the year are gone, and winter is once again closing in on us! No matter how organised you think you are, something always comes up, and this can leave you neglecting the most important thing, your health, and wellness. Forget everything that needs doing, just for one weekend and focus on you. Re-set your mind and body and return home feeling inspired, rejuvenated and ready to be the very best you can be.

What to Expect

Join a welcoming and encouraging group where you will feel comfortable and safe exploring everything this location has to offer. We will include two big day walks where you get to experience pack less hiking, provide and prepare all your home cooked nutritious food and include comfortable accommodation on Friday and Saturday night. This weekend is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your health and wellness journey with motivation and how to prevent injury workshop, nutrition seminar, stretch and relaxation sessions.
