Grading – beginner
This is a health and fitness weekend , the idea is to get you out be active, live healthy and learn ways to help reset your health and fitness goals, therefore the walks are about enjoyment, fresh air and company, the yoga is tailored for every level.
Provided we are advised in advance of your departure we are able to cater for vegetarian diets and can assist with medically recommended diets (allergies and intolerances). Please ensure you discuss your requirements with us well in advance

Two nights accommodation in a beautiful 1920’s guest house.
All delicious home cooked nutritional meals.

Meet at continental house from 6pm, find room and join us for dinner followed by the first of our workshops and a yoga and meditation session to help you sleep
Up early to do a sunrise walk followed by morning yoga and workshop afternoon kayak and walk activity that will aim to burn so calories and make you feel energised. Then time for R&R , massage or both. retreat. An evening of board games and socializing. We will also include some workshops today on health, fitness, and physical and mental wellbeing.
Morning relaxing yoga with a delicious breakfast, then a short walk followed by some stretching and relaxation.
