Join us for an overnight hike in one of our favourite day walk locations!
Lerderderg State Park is where a myriad of tracks, gullies, creeks, and ridges form a wild, rugged environment. The striking feature of this area is the 300-metre deep gorge that stretches south to the plains of Bacchus Marsh, almost bisecting the parks below and surrounding mountain ranges.
Following the Long Point Track, we cross the river onto a fire trail that continues down towards the river and to the campsite where we will set up and enjoy a delicious dinner and some marshmallows by the fire. Our accent along the Blackwood Range Track, begins day two after a hearty breakfast and a stretch. Enjoy the stunning scenery with views of gullies and rock formations.
