Over two days and two nights we are going to focus on the most important thing in life – YOU. We will get outside into the fresh mountain air for some walking and activities, doing some workshops on nutrition and food, and last but definitely not least, focusing on mindset and helping you to be the best version of yourself.
Set in the high country at Mt Baw Baw, this retreat is going to be a relaxing yet invigorating weekend away- fresh air, comfortable twin share accommodation and all nutritious and tasty meals and snacks provided. Just bring yourself and we look after the rest.
Taking time for yourself is necessary. Remember- you can’t pour from an empty cup… you must put yourself first in order to give the best to others around you.

We will include two big day walks where you get to experience pack less hiking, provide and prepare all your home cooked nutritious food and include comfortable accommodation on Friday and Saturday night.
