The East-West Trail in the You Yangs is a fantastic beginners walk!

If you are in need of an escape from the urban landscape and want to find yourself surrounded by stunning views then the You Yangs in Victoria’s Flinders Ranges will be a dream come true! The East West Walk has been rated as one of the Top 10 Walks Around Melbourne.

Starting at the north end of the carpark the walk circumnavigates Flinders Peak, the highest Mountain in the You Yangs, allowing full panoramic views in every direction by the time you reach the summit. The walk is a gentle climb to the peak where we are surrounded by the distinctive granite peaks of the You Yangs, and greeted with views of the volcanic plains between Melbourne and Geelong that make up this unique part of Victoria. After the views, we wander back down to enjoy and indulgent, but delicious bite to eat.

After the walk and lunch you can test your fears and join us to give rockclimbing a shot and tick off another great activity from your adventure list. – the walk and climb can be done together or separately.

This awesome day out entails the best of both worlds so join our experienced guides and climbers on a must do activity to get you out of your comfort zone with people you can trust.
