Overview

Join Us for a 10km Hike and Empowering Workshop

Ready to connect with nature, nurture your soul, and empower yourself with knowledge and support? Our Hike and Thrive women’s health event is designed to help you breathe a little deeper, bond with like-minded women, and gain valuable insights into managing menopause and perimenopause.

Nurture your body and soul, and enjoy the beauty of nature as we embark on a social hike, pausing along the way for mindfulness practices to help you breathe and connect with your inner self. Then, join us for a scrumptious Devonshire tea, where you have the opportunity to listen and ask questions in a relaxed environment. Our two passionate women’s health and wellbeing experts, Tracey Wright and Dr Karina Severin, lead our empowering workshop focused on menopause and perimenopause. Together, they will guide you through identifying symptoms, exploring natural remedies, and understanding the latest evidence on managing menopause.

Presenters:
Dr. Karina Severin: A practicing women’s health GP and avid TSA adventurer, Dr. Karina provides expert guidance on understanding menopause and perimenopause, what to expect, and effective solutions for well-being.
Tracey Wright: The CEO of Take Shape Adventures, and a life coach and nutritionist specialising in women’s health, weight, and intuitive eating. She is studying a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology and is a qualified exercise and rehabilitation coach. She can’t wait to share her valuable insights with you.

Let’s share, demystify, take away shame, and bring about empowerment in an important part of our lives, and who we are as women.
