We’d love to have you join us on our Pilates and Hiking Retreat. A weekend of good food, hiking, pilates and new friends. The perfect opportunity to relax, recharge and reconnect.
You’ll spend two nights in clean and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Warburton. You’ll hike the trails of the Yarra Ranges including the picturesque town of Warburton (these hikes are grade 2 which are perfect for beginners). We tend take a slower pace on these weekends with the focus being on getting outdoors in nature so you can enjoy the experience and have a chat along the way. You’ll have a minimum of two pilates sessions over the weekend. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be an expert for this one, our professional instructor will guide you through the movements and ensure you have a good time. You could really make it a ‘treat yourself’ retreat and add on a massage (extra cost). Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are included, so you can switch off, sit back and relax knowing everything is taken care of!

A cute 1920s guesthouse set in the heart of Warburton. This enchanting guesthouse began as a little farm house in 1890 and was extended to become a guesthouse in the 1920’s. The property is set on 12 green rolling acres, right on the bank of the Yarra River. You'll have the opportunity to walk around the grounds and immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings.Food
We like to make sure you are fuelled with delicious and nutritious meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are all included for the weekend. We love our food so be prepared to have freshly ground coffee, yummy snacks and fresh fruit, beautiful vegetable based salads, wraps, cheeses and desserts. "If you ever feel the need to get away and re-set yourself and mindset this is the trip to book, I loved the mix of classes by Nat who was so chill and relaxed and helped me to modify some of the moves, and the hiking was perfect with a mix of flat walking and terrain that was not too much in such beautiful surroundings, and then coming back and relaxing or having a massage was just amazing, the food is always great on a TSA event. I was feeling a little anxious about going on my own, but it all goes away when you meet the others and realise that we are all there for the same reasons and you just realise you are not on your own and we all feel the same and have similar issues.
