Foot Workshop

Our feet are such an important part of our lives. They support our entire body when we are upright. Theyโ€™re our base, our foundation and most of us have two of them. Spending our lives in shoes that support and shape our feet, and walking around on flat and hard surfaces as most of us do most often can create tension in our feet. That tension or rigidity in our muscles can have an effect on the entire body. All of the tissues work together and can compensate for issues up the chain โ€“ from the ground up. Alternatively the tissues can lose some of their required rigidity and become less toned, maybe even a bit floppy and not give the support for the body that is required. In this workshop, weโ€™ll work on making our feet both supple and strong with various exercises to stimulate and stretch them
