We travel from Melbourne in the morning or alternatively you can meet us at our location. We will pick you up in the CBD Ibis hotel on Therry st at 8:30am. We’ll travel straight to our first hike so please wear hiking clothes ready for the first day. Our first hike (7km) is an awesome introduction with a steep trail up to jaw dropping views across the high country. We’ll have lunch before our hike and afterwards head to our nearby accommodation to settle in, have dinner and get to know each other.

Day 2 Day 2

After breakfast we’ll drive up to our first mountain- Mt Stirling, a short drive from our accommodation. Today is a full day hike up and around the summit of Mt Stirling (18km). On the way we’ll explore a couple of high country huts and be prepared for epic views up at the summit. This is a loop hike so we descend through the majestic forests back to our transport and back to our accommodation for a well deserved dinner and relax.

Day 3 Day 3

Another day, another mountain! Today is the day you’ll get to experience Australia’s only via Ferrata based up on the summit area of Mt Buller. Taken from Europe it’s a super safe way of experiencing high alpine terrain you normally wouldn’t hike on. Please note max weight is 120kg for this experience. This is how you feel alive!, you’ll be so pumped after this one and yep you guessed it, the views are pretty damn good. This activity will be in the morning and we’ll have lunch in Mt Buller village, with a chance for a coffee. We’ll stay on the mountain completing an afternoon hike before retiring back to our accommodation for stories, dinner and basking in your achievements.
