Hoi An, Vietnam — lantern-lit river at dusk

The Wellbeing Playbook

You haven’t lost yourself — you’ve just spent years being the one who holds everything together.

Seven nights in Hoi An to feel like you again, with a real playbook of practices you build and keep. Not a beautiful week you forget — a way of being that lasts well past the plane home.

If this is you

You’re the one everyone leans on.

You’re somewhere between 45 and 65, and by every measure you’re capable. You’re also, quietly, a little worn from being the one who carries it. None of this is a crisis. It’s just true:

  • You book everyone’s appointments — and can’t remember your own last proper check-up.
  • Your calendar is full of other people’s things.
  • Some mornings you catch your reflection and the tired face surprises you.
  • The friendships thinned out somewhere — and you miss having women who simply get it.
  • You’re not unhappy. You’re just wondering, quietly: is this it? Is there still more in me?

If you read that and went “oh” — you’re exactly who we built this for. And you’re allowed to want something that’s just yours.

In case you’re wondering

It’s not too late, and you’re not too far gone.

If a small voice has told you you’ve missed your window — that the interesting part is behind you — we’d gently disagree. You don’t need fixing. You need space to use what’s been sitting idle, and the tools to keep using it.

That’s what this week is: our Thrive & Revive work — the wellness weekend many of you already know — taken international and given the room of a full seven nights, for a small circle of just 14 women.

The point of it all

Six weeks home.

The glow fades. The playbook doesn’t. This is what lasting actually looks like:

  • The first Monday back

You wake before the alarm and walk — not because you should, but because it’s yours now. The morning belongs to you again.

  • A fortnight in

The conversation you’d been putting off for a year — you have it. Calmly. You’d forgotten you were allowed to take up that much room.

  • Week four

A Tuesday-night call with one of the women from your group, mid-laugh about nothing. You came home with people, not just photos.

  • Six weeks

Someone says you look well and can’t place why. It isn’t the tan. You feel like yourself, and this time it’s staying.

The track record

You can’t review a trip that hasn’t run yet.

So here’s where it stands: this is the first Wellbeing Playbook, and Tracey leads it herself. What you can trust is the work it grew from — the Thrive & Revive wellness retreats women keep coming back for.

“Everybody needs to do something like this. I feel so good — like a new person again. The food, the people, the setting. I came home with energy and a way of keeping it.”

Is this you?

Who we built this for.

This is for you if…

  • You’re a woman roughly 45–65, fit and able, ready to do something that’s actually for you
  • You want real, practical skills — not a week that fades
  • You’d love a small circle of women who genuinely get it
  • You’re ready to feel like yourself again — and this time, to keep it

It’s probably not for you if…

  • You want five-star spa pampering and zero effort — we’re warm and real, and we move
  • You’re after a tick-box holiday with no depth

We’ll still wave you off — fondly.

If you’re hesitating

The quiet reasons we don’t go.

Let’s name them — they’re the same ones every time.

  • “It won’t last.” It’s the whole reason this exists — you leave with the playbook and a check-in afterwards, not just a feeling.
  • “I’ll be the unfit one.” You won’t. We meet you exactly where you are — gentle movement, your pace, no one left at the back.
  • “I’d be going on my own.” So do about half the women who come. Solo is the norm here, not the exception.
  • “Vietnam, by myself — is it manageable?” You’re fully held on the ground by our partner Footprint. You bring yourself and a flight; we carry the rest.
  • “It’s a lot of money.” It is. A payment plan spreads it and the member rate softens it — but the real question is what another year of staying exactly as you are quietly costs you.

The real cost is staying exactly as you are. Go anyway.
