Programs and Courses

We provide the skills, support, motivation and opportunities for people to gain courage and achieve their dreams.

Work Places

Zoom drinks and trivia nights are fun but it’s time to change it up a bit. It’s more important than ever to find ways to connect and interact with your team- fostering the cohesion, creativity and morale that can sometimes be lacking working from home.

Organising a team building activity is a great way to say ‘thank you’ to your team, by having a day where they will bond with each other, and realise how appreciated all their hard work is.

8 Health Benefits of Getting Back to Nature and Spending Time Outside

In all honesty, Mother Nature may find the indoor world pretty tough to compete with sometimes. After all, she can’t offer flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, or WiFi. • Are You Teaching Your Kids These Negative Traits?

We’ve all heard the saying “actions speak louder than words,” but how often do we stop and really think about what our actions are saying to those around us, especially to our children? So often we get caught up saying things on auto-pilot, whether it’s to ourselves or others, without a thought of how our…

When Was The Last Time You Asked For Help?

Have you heard the quote, “do something uncomfortable every day”? It’s one of my favourites, but when you try to do something hard, new, or uncomfortable everyday, you’re going to have to ask for help every now and then – and this can be uncomfortable in itself for many people! If you’re anything like me,…

  • The Positive Butterfly Effect of Adventure

The Positive Butterfly Effect of Adventure

Many people ask what adventure is good for, and we usually immediately think about the personal benefits of nature and adventure, and how it can improve our physical health, refresh our minds, and help us create new and exciting connections with others. But the positive effects of nature ripple out further than that, with adventurers…

We’re all probably guilty of either under or over-packing water on a hike, even if we don’t realise it. It can be tricky to figure out. How much should I be drinking? How much can I carry? Does the weather affect this? Does the type of hiking affect this? Not enough water and you end…

  • Thoughts around International Women’s Day

With International Women’s Day coming up, it’s made me reflect on my experience as a woman who owns her own business, has a family, and supports many other women through adventure.
