Recognized as a public health practice in Asia and Europe, Forest Therapy is now gaining global attention as a natural, cost-effective way to enhance overall wellbeing a true “green prescription.”

Sessions are 2 hours long based at Greenwood Reserve in Melbourne’s North. Emma your guide will support you to connect with nature, engage your senses, and explore creative practices that help calm the mind.

The benefits are more than just mental: research shows Forest Therapy can boost the immune system, lower stress, regulate pulse and blood pressure, and improve sleep.

All our staff are Remote First Aid trained, have comprehensive first aid kits and carry UHF radios and PLBs when required.
